CyberLynk engineers will be performing a planned network maintenance event within our Milwaukee, Wisconsin (MKE1) Datacenter. The uplinks serving the network switches in the Mac Mini Vault "N" cabinet will be migrated to new core network equipment.
Customers should expect a period of network downtime during the maintenance window while this migration is completed. We ask that you plan for the full maintenance window in the event work runs long. Our goal is to successfully complete the work and restore connectivity as quickly as possible within the stated window.
Mac services with a hostname of "nx-x" or "nxx-x" will be affected, where "x" represents a number (for example, n24-1). If you are unsure whether your services are affected, hostnames of your Mac mini(s) and/or Mac Studio(s) can be found in our client portal: https://secure.cyberlynk.net/
