CyberLynk Engineers will be performing planned maintenance on VPS hosting nodes in the FreePBXHosting.com datacenter infrastructure.
Expected downtime for impacted guest virtual servers is up to one hour.
Clients on impacted FreePBX VPS Hosting Nodes have been sent maintenance notification emails to indicate the specific VPS(s) that will be impacted. Our VoIP calling infrastructure or managed VoIP services will NOT be affected.
During the maintenance window, we will attempt to perform a graceful shutdown of affected VPS(s) and the server will be unavailable while its parent host node receives hardware, software, and network upgrades. Once the maintenance has been completed, affected VPS(s) will be powered back on.
