PHX1 Power Maintenance - Mac Mini Vault ("W" Cabinet)

CyberLynk engineers will be performing scheduled power maintenance at our Phoenix, Arizona (PHX1) data center during the announced maintenance window.

This work involves a PDU replacement affecting customer Mac servers located in the "W" cabinet. Affected servers may lose power during the maintenance window, and customers with affected systems should plan accordingly.

During the maintenance window, the following Macs will be affected:

w9-x, w10-x, w11-x, w12-x, w13-x, w14-x, w15-x, w16-x

Note: The “x” represents the specific unit number for each affected Mac. You can view the exact hostname(s) for your Macs in the CyberLynk client portal:

Our goal is to complete the maintenance efficiently and restore full service within the scheduled window. No action is required on your part unless you wish to take additional precautions, such as shutting down affected devices ahead of the maintenance window.
