CyberLynk engineers have completed this phase of our network upgrades.

All upgrades went as anticipated, with outages lasting no more than 10-20 minutes. All network equipment is currently online and functioning as expected, our engineers have performed health checks on all impacted equipment and have not detected any irregularities.

ONLY CUSTOMERS THAT RECEIVED THE EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE NOTICE VIA EMAIL ARE AFFECTED.

This maintenance will only affect certain customers within seven cabinets in our MKE1 datacenter.

Although we expect the downtime to be minimal, we ask that you plan accordingly due to possible unforeseen occurrences during the maintenance window. CyberLynk’s goal is to successfully complete the task and restore service within the stated time frame, with minimal impact to CyberLynk services.

We apologize for any inconvenience that you may experience. We value your business and care about your satisfaction as a CyberLynk Customer. Please be assured all CyberLynk authorized maintenance activities are to ensure optimal performance of our network facilities and equipment.

Please refer to the following information for planned activities:

- Access-Layer Switch OS Upgrades

Access to your servers and/or service(s) within our Milwaukee, WI (MKE1) datacenter will be available during this scheduled maintenance window. However, some customers will experience 10-20 minutes of downtime while their directly connected access-layer switch is being rebooted to perform necessary OS upgrades. Servers will not be rebooted during this maintenance window. Power cycling your VPS or dedicated server(s) will only cause additional down time.
