MKE1 Upstream Provider Outage

On Aug 19 2021 at approximately 8:25 PM CDT, one of our upstream providers experienced an equipment issue, resulting in approximately 5 minutes of down time for that specific route into and out of our MKE1 data center. During that timeframe, some customers may have experienced packet loss while traffic was being diverted over alternate routes automatically.
