CyberLynk Engineers will be performing planned maintenance within CyberLynk's Phoenix, Arizona (PHX1) data center. Although we expect actual downtime to be minimal, we ask that you plan accordingly due to possible unforeseen occurrences during the maintenance window.
CyberLynk's goal is to successfully complete the task and restore service within the stated time frame.
Clients on impacted FreePBX VPS Hosting Nodes located in Phoenix, AZ have been sent maintenance notification emails to indicate the specific VPS(s) that will be impacted. Our VoIP calling infrastructure or managed VoIP services will NOT be affected.
During the maintenance window, we will attempt to perform a graceful shutdown of affected VPS(s) and the server will be unavailable while its parent host node is migrated to a new cabinet. Once the migration has completed, affected VPS(s) will be powered back on.
